Frequently Asked Questions About Bouncy Castle Hire


Please check your location is big enough for our bouncy castles to fit safely, otherwise, we will be unable to proceed with the hire and you may lose your deposit. You can call us if you are unsure and we can advise you on how to measure.

Q. Do I have to Pay a deposit?

A. We ask for a deposit for orders over £100.

Q. How long is the hire for?

The prices shown are for a hire, If you have a party or event that starts at a specific time then you can mention this to us upon booking. We can try and collect the unit earlier if you would like.

Q. How do I pay?

A. Payment is to be paid in full on or before the delivery this can be cash or payment can be made by bacs transfer.

Q. What is supplied in the cost?

A. Delivery & collection of the equipment/inflatable, shower cover (if applicable), air blower plus all electrical equipment and safety mats are included in the price, there are no hidden extra charges!

Q. Do I need I.D?

A. Yes, we ask for a photo i.d (driving license or passport) and a utility bill with the same address. WITHOUT THIS THE HIRE WILL BE UNABLE TO GO AHEAD.

Q. Are the inflatables safe?

A. We do everything to make sure our bouncy castles are safe for use including only purchasing inflatables that have been manufactured in the UK to the highest standards and to comply with BN EN 14960, and all electricals are PAT Tested. We also check everything on a regular basis and before each setup to ensure they are delivered to you in a safe and clean condition and because we care more about safety than profits there may be times when we need to cancel a booking in the event of adverse weather conditions or if the inflatable cannot be set up in a safe environment.

Q. What do I need to do after booking?

A. All you need to do is ensure that your chosen location is large enough to fit the inflatable, clear the area of any furniture or debris, agree and sign our terms of hire agreement and to make sure you and your guests adhere to the safety rules and look after all of our equipment.

Q. Are you insured?

A. Yes, Bounce Again have public liability insurance up to £5,000,000. This covers you against accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failure and/or improper installation. You, are responsible for the care of the equipment, ensuring proper adult supervision of anyone using our equipment, and their safety. We are not responsible for accidents and injuries other than those caused directly by faults in our equipment, or improper installation.
